The Piedmont College Debate team brought home a second place team sweepstakes award from the 2013 Georgia Parliamentary Debate Association State Championship Tournament in Macon. Dr. Janice Moss was elected Vice President of the Georgia Parliamentary Debate Association for 2013-2014 and will become President in 2015.  Piedmont was selected to host the conference that same year.
