Nobody wants to eat at the Caf every single day, three meals a day. But with only a microwave and a fridge, your cooking options are limited. Have no fear, your solution is here! Here is a dorm version of delicious chicken nachos, no cooking necessary. It satisfies out 4 out of the 5 food groups, and can easily be altered to fit your taste buds! Ingredients:
2 handfuls whole wheat tortilla chips
1 small can cooked chicken breast
½ can of cream of chicken soup
½ can of rotel (tomatoes with green chiles)
1 handful lettuce
1 handful shredded cheddar cheese
1 can diced black olives
1 spoonful sour cream
Directions:
Place tortilla chips on a plate. Cover
with cream of chicken soup. Shred chicken with a fork and spread over mixture. Add cheese and rotel, and microwave on high for two minutes. Add lettuce, olives , and sour cream as desired. ENJOY!!!
