The Lady Lions volleyball team took on Division Two rival North Greenville University on Oct. 9. Here are some highlights from the game:

In the first set, PC took advantage of NGU’s offensive errors to win 25-18.

NGU came alive in the second set with 14 kills to win the set 25-23.

Set three went to PC 25-21 and was highlighted by Kathryn Knarr posting her 2,000 career assist here at PC.

NGU took an early lead in the fourth set and won 25-15.

The fifth set was tied at 14 when the Lady Lions then rallied through a few points to win 18-16.

With the win, Piedmont moves to 19-2, their best 21-game record ever.
