The Piedmont University Conservatory of Music is looking ahead to a busy semester of performances in the Piedmont Chapel. Here is what is to come:

Piedmont Camerata
On March 18, from 7:30 to 9 p.m., the university’s resident professional piano quintet performs various pieces of chamber music from the 18th century to the modern day.
Piedmont Singers
On March 25, from 7:30 to 9 p.m., the Piedmont Singers, under the direction of Bobby Ivey, will perform a variety of choral pieces, ranging from the Renaissance to the modern day.
Piedmont Wind Ensemble
On April 10, from 7:30 to 9 p.m., the Piedmont University Wind Ensemble, directed by Emery Warnock and composed of both Piedmont students and members of the local community, performs works for concert band.
Piedmont String Orchestra
On April 15, from 7:30 to 9 p.m., the Piedmont University String Orchestra, conducted by Heather Strachan, combines musicians from the community and the university to perform pieces for string orchestra.
Piedmont Chamber Ensembles
On April 17, from 7:30 to 9:00 p.m., students from across the instrumental studios join together to perform a collection of chamber music, ranging from the 18th century to the modern day.
Great Composers Concert
On April 26, from 7:30 to 9 p.m., students, faculty and members of the community join together to perform music composed by renowned composers.
