In light of the recent passing of Piedmont student Anna Whitlock, alumnus Jacob Passmore and retired professor Frank Edge, The Roar would like to take a moment to remind our student body of the counseling services offered on campus at no additional expense. Here at Piedmont, we take our academics, sports and extracurriculars seriously. It is easy to forget to take care of ourselves and those around us in times of grief and loss.
Grief is normal and healthy in times of loss. Be kind to yourselves and your fellow Lions during this time of mourning.
Piedmont College Counseling Services are located in Lane Hall and appointments can be booked online here. The Office of the Campus Minister, located in Daniel 321, is also open for counseling by appointment or drop-in.
