With the arrival of cooler weather, Piedmont clubs and organizations have been hosting events all over campus for students to come out and enjoy. Senior mass communications major Ethan Amason hosted his capstone event on Wednesday, October 12 in which he asked students to fill out surverys about Team Piedmont. Students were then able to enter into a raffle and win prizes. Another event that was recently held was the cornhole tournament hosted by the American Marketing Association. Teams were able to enter and compete against other Piedmont teams. The event was a success with many people participating and spectating. Lastly, CAB held the Hippo Chow Down on Friday, October 14. The game is essentially a life size version of the game Hungry Hippo. Students strapped into a harness and jumped to the center of the blowup to see who could grab the most balls.
