CAB and Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority come together to host Masquerade Formal for Piedmont students on Friday, March 28 from 8 p.m. to 11 p.m.
The masquerade-themed event will be held at Cornelia Community House. A shuttle service to the event will be available for all students upon request at the purchase of tickets.
Tickets will be on sale this week through March 26 at the welcome desk in the Commons. The first 50 students to purchase tickets will receive a free formal t-shirt. Tickets will be $10 for an individual ticket or $15 for two. CAB will be taking payment via cash or card for student convenience.
Students still have the opportunity to win free tickets to formal by attending CAB’s Late Night Rodeo event on Friday, March 21.
Semi-formal or “dress to impress” attire is expected of attendants and masks will be provided upon entry.
Catered barbecue will be provided and is included with ticket purchase, as well as a 360 degree photo booth. A cash bar will also be included.
“Students should come to formal because its a good time to meet new people, fellowship with other students and you get to dress up with your friends,” said sophomore Keegan Goins, who attended last years Frat Formal hosted by CAB.
