The 2024 Presidential Election is just around the corner, and many citizens are still unsure of whether Democratic Party nominee Kamala Harris or Republican Party nominee Donald Trump should receive their vote.

Kamala Harris
Kamala Harris is the current vice president of the United States. She has claimed that the key issues in her campaign are child poverty, supporting labor unions, affordable healthcare and paid family leave.
She also supports a ban on assault weapons, along with universal background checks and red flag laws which permit a state court to order the temporary confiscation of firearms from a suspected dangerous person.
She has been endorsed by President Joe Biden, former President Barack Obama, former President Bill Clinton, 2016 presidential nominee Hillary Clinton and former Georgia state Rep. Stacey Abrams.
Harris selected Minnesota Gov. Tim Walz as her running mate.

Donald Trump
Donald Trump was the 45th President of the United States. Trump has claimed that the key policies in his campaign are sealing the border, reversing inflation, insourcing energy and reducing tax cuts.
He also supports abortion policy rights to belong to the states, protecting Social Security and Medicare along with a 10% tariff on all imported goods (60% on goods imported from China).
He has been endorsed by former U.N. Ambassador Nikki Haley, former 2024 presidential candidate Robert F. Kennedy Jr., Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis, Georgia Gov. Brian Kemp and Georgia Attorney General Chris Carr.
Trump selected the U.S. Senator J.D. Vance from Ohio as his running mate.

Additional Information
Both Harris and Trump support the legalization of recreational marijuana in small amounts.
