Are you a student at Piedmont University? Do you have an interest in media writing? Have you ever wanted to be part of a publication? Well, we have the perfect opportunity for you. The Roar newspaper is looking for new editors and writers! We’re looking for hardworking students that are willing to jump in and get going! Our editors ensure that our paper is well-written, timely, and professional. Our writers help us give voice to the students at Piedmont. 

You can also earn a practicum credit next semester while being on our staff. All you have to do is register for the class in Self Service and make at least six contributions to the paper over the whole semester. The practicum credit gives you a one hour class credit and can also be very useful, especially if you have a major or minor in mass communications!
