The PAL Games is a group project that was coordinated by students in 2015 and was put on again this year. On Friday, March 31, Piedmont students were paired with children who have special needs from local elementary schools. The purpose of this event is for Piedmont students to be paired with a “PAL” to play games, participate in races and to help the kids have competitive fun. Emily Adams is a teacher at Fairview Elemntary School in Habersham and has been to this event every year.“My students talk about this event all year long. They were so excited this year to come and get a new buddy and play the games. We really appreciate this opportunity to work with Piedmont and our students love it,” said Adams.
