Former student Rickey Eberhardt will face trial on May 20.
Eberhardt was arrested in Johnson Hall last January on charges of child molestation and enticing a child for indecent purposes.
He was released on a $15,000 bond later last year. Since his release, advancements in the case have been made.
According to case documentation from the Superior Court of Habersham County, Eberhardt requested psychological and psychiatric information about the juvenile.
The trial was originally scheduled for Monday, April 15 at 9 a.m.
The Navigator will publish an extensive story covering the trial in the first fall semester issue of 2013.
